Services

 

 The Organisation offers mental health services like education, workshops, and treatment to promote mental wellness. All services are given by trained     Organization-employed or contracted mental health specialists.

 At no point is the organization or the professional handling any critical client responsible for any unpleasant state of occurrence either post-counseling   session or during the process of ongoing sessions, as the organization does not take care of emergencies.

 

Client Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

 Clients must provide accurate and full mental health history, present state, and relevant details. They must look for themselves following sessions and it is   their responsibility to seek emergency assistance if necessary. Clients must behave respectfully and cooperatively during and outside of therapy sessions.   Any disrespectful attitude highlighted by the professional will result in session termination without a refund.

 

Confidentiality

 The Organisation protects client data in compliance with laws and ethics. Information shared during therapy sessions will be kept confidential, however,     at any point if there is any threat perceived, ie, any harm in any form towards the client or others by them, legal steps would be taken.

 

Fee and Payment

​

 To reserve a slot, clients must pay the agreed-upon rates. Payment is expected before services begin unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Paid session   fees are non-refundable. The Organisation may change costs with notice.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

​

 Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments 48 hours in advance. A session rescheduled with prior notice is valid for 7 days; failing to reschedule   within  a week is a paid cancellation. Not enough notice will result in a cancellation fee.

 

Disclaimer for Terms & Conditions

 The Organization reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance. By engaging in the services   provided by the Organization, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
